Cookie Policy

What cookies Nexora uses, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences at any time.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let the site recognize you on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure how features are used.

Some cookies are set by Nexora directly (first-party cookies); others are set by third-party providers we have integrated, such as our payment processor, chat widget, and analytics tools (third-party cookies).

2. The three categories Nexora uses

2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

These cookies are required for Nexora to function. Without them you cannot sign in, complete a purchase, or download Nexora Unified. They are exempt from consent under EU ePrivacy and never used for tracking.

  • sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token — Supabase auth session
  • NEXORA_LANG — your interface language
  • NEXORA_COOKIE_CONSENT — remembers your choice on this banner
  • Stripe session cookies — fraud prevention during checkout

2.2 Performance & analytics (optional)

These help us understand which features matter to traders and where the product can be improved. Data is aggregated and never used to identify you personally.

  • PostHog — page views, feature usage, web vitals
  • Sentry — error reports (we strip personally identifying fields)

2.3 Marketing (optional, off by default)

Conversion pixels for advertising platforms. Only active if you click Accepton the cookie banner. We do not run remarketing without explicit consent.

3. How to control cookies

You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookies in the footer or by deleting the NEXORA_COOKIE_CONSENT cookie in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings:

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in, payment, and downloads from working. Disabling optional cookies has no impact on functionality.

4. Storage other than cookies

Nexora also uses localStorage and indexedDB in your browser to cache the dashboard interface and your latest market snapshot. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly trigger a sync.

5. Data retention

Strictly necessary session cookies expire when you close the browser. Preference cookies persist 6–12 months. Analytics cookies persist 90 days, after which the identifier is rotated. You can wipe all of it any time via your browser.

6. Updates to this policy

When we add a new tool that sets cookies, this page is updated and the date at the top of the page changes. Material changes also trigger a new banner so you can review your consent.
