Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain rules for billing, cancellation and refunds — no surprises.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid Nexora subscriptions purchased on nexorahft.com. It complements our Terms of Service; where the two overlap, they are intended to say the same thing.

2. Trial

Every new account receives a 7-day free evaluation. No card is charged during the trial. One trial per person — duplicates are detected and refused.

3. Billing and renewal

  • Plans are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) through Stripe; an optional crypto checkout may be offered via Coinbase Commerce
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Renewal reminders and payment receipts are sent by email

4. Cancellation

  • Cancel any time from /dashboard/billing — no calls, no forms
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid
  • No partial-month charges are added after cancellation

5. Refund window

Within the first 14 days of your first paid period we refund in full on request — this also satisfies the EU consumer withdrawal right where it applies.

After the 14-day window, refunds for the current period are evaluated case-by-case (for example: prolonged service downtime attributable to Nexora). Renewal charges can be refunded if requested within 72 hours of the renewal and the service was not used in the new period.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription becomes past-due and the license is suspended until payment succeeds (Stripe retries automatically). A failed payment is not a cancellation and not a refund.

7. Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes are prorated by Stripe: upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

8. No refund for misuse

Accounts terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use rules (license sharing, reverse engineering, abuse, fraud) are not eligible for refunds.

9. How to request a refund

  • Email legal@nexorahft.com from your account email
  • Include the invoice ID (visible in /dashboard/billing)
  • Refunds are processed manually by a human — never automatically by AI agents — and returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days
